James W. Purdy Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on May 14, 2025, at the age of 90, James W. Purdy of Lannon, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Purdy and Mabel Purdy; his former wife Nancy Amberg; and his brothers, David, Donald and Gordon Purdy.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Fischer; his children, Linda Sue Thies (Fred), James Michael Purdy (LuAnne) and Kevin Jon Purdy (Heather); his stepchildren, Laura O'Toole (Brian) and Michael Bednar (Lisa); and his sister-in-law Sandra Purdy. He is also survived by grandchildren, step grandchildren, great-grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to Friedens Church in Port Washington or the American Heart Association.
