He is survived by: his children, Andrea (Charlie Peetz) and Jerrod Van Oudenhoven (Molly); his grandchildren, Adrian Moon, Brayden Peetz, Elliana Peetz, Willow Young, Miles and Calvin Van Oudenhoven; his siblings, Pamela Elliott (Eric Schmand) and Henry Van Oudenhoven (Sue); his nephew Chase Elliott (Vidya); his nieces, Che'lis Cichy (Frederick), Dana Leicht and Deanna Tetzloff (Ray); and his close friend Mike Koeune. He is also survived by the many cousins, aunts and uncles.
