She is survived by: her children, Victoria Coopman, Jeff Pytleski (Cheryl), Jim Pytleski (Janet) and Jane Hoffman (Donald); her grandchildren, Bryan Pytleski (Melissa), Amy Skalitzky (Bucky), Ben Pytleski (Kim), Beth Anne Bubolz (Mike), Sheila Corroo (Jason), Kevin Pytleski (Angela), Ashley Stueber (Greg) and Jason Hoffman; and her great grandchildren, Will, Connor, Addison Pytleski, Kate, Jeffrey, Henry Pytleski, Audrey, Rosemary, Grace Bubolz, Peyton, Harper Corroo, Lily, Piper Pytleski, Claire and Carter Stueber.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Carol's name.
