He is survived by: his parents, Nancy Rezachek and Charles Rezachek; his significant other Timothy Merritt; his siblings, Ellen Wilhelm, Gary Rezachek (Bev) and Stephen Rezachek (Jena); his nieces and nephews, Tyler (Sara), James, Joleen (Mark), Katelyn, Justice and Jordan; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ayana, Zuri, Isaac, Charlotte, Matthew and Bristol; and his aunts and uncles, Iris, Faye, Gloria, Tracy, John, Chuck and Neal.
In lieu of flowers, a contribution to help defray the cost of David's funeral expenses is welcomed.
