He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Michalowski (Jessica Koth) of Iola, WI and Jacqueline (Van Asten); his brother Ethan Michalowski (Dany Mulet) of Berkeley, CA; and his grandmother Irene Van Asten. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
