She is survived by: her children, Lisa Gilmore (Andy), Sara Jansen, Amy Kolasinksi (Jeff) and David Vander Velden; her grandchildren, Eli Gilmore, Mallory Vogels, Morgan Vogels, Jackson Kolasinski, Mason Kolasinski, Savannah Vander Velden and Walter Vander Velden; her siblings, Lynn Strutz (Dick), Mark Hietpas (Kim), Tom Hietpas (Sue) and Ray Hietpas (Becky); her goddaughter Abby Giffin (Ben); and her close friend Mary Frank. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
