A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 23rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. John Nepomucene Catholic Community (411 Vandenbroek St, Little Chute, WI 54140).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Jan's name.
