He is survived by: his children, Logan Polack (Kat) and Lashaunda Warlick (Cody); his grandchildren, Charli, Lennon Polack, Addie, Gianna, Ben, Jaxson Warlick, Savannah, Beighley and Aubreigh Tanksley; his siblings, John, Jeff and Jamie; and also Justin Tanksley (Erin). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
