He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin E. Baker, and Carla P. Baker, Sr. (Barker); and his siblings, Robert Baker (Keith) and Linda Brinkman (Donnie). He is survived by: his children, Sandra Starr (James), Patrick Baker, Little Chute and Scott Baker (Mindy); his grandson Bradley Starr (Sara); his children, Holly Verhovec (Bradley) of Homer, OH, Phillip Starr, Robbie, Jamiee and Carlee Baker; and his great grandchild Olivia Starr. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
