He is survived by: his mother Ruth Bathke (Wehausen); his son Brandon Bathke (Alexandra); his grandchildren, Mariah, Jaxson, Ethan, Ellie and Ember; his siblings, Jeff Bathke (Bamba), Gregg Bathke (Cheryl), Dale Bathke, Jennifer Hostettler (Mark), Julie Johnson and Amy Mikolajczak (Corey); and his siblings' children, Nicole, Brad, Melinda, Shaina, Courtney, Gabrielle, Travis, Cece, Nathan and Elijah.
In Lieu of flowers a fund is being established for his son and grandchildren.
