He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rhoades and Juanita Rhoades (Sparks); and his brothers, James Rhoades (Carol) and Bobby Rhoades. He is survived by: his wife Denise Holewinski; his sons, Michael Rhoades and Tommy Rhoades; his grandson Brandon Michael Rhoades; his great grandchildren, Shiloh Rae Rhoades and AnnMarie Faith Rhoades; his siblings, Ida Sue Zeman, John "Jack" Rhoades (Colleen) and Renee Lembcke (Donald); and his sister-in-law Margie (Merle O'Shea). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
