With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mentink Bj of Little Suamico, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 24, 2022 at the age of 39. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfather Fordyce Mentink; Alvin, Clara Svejda, Don and Dorothy Dworshok.
He is survived by: his parents, Julie Nantelle (Peterson) and Julie Peterson; his sisters, Katheren Dahlin (Forrest) and Cindy Meyer (Lance); his siblings' children, Maddux and Edlynn; his sister Christina LeGrave (Jesse); his siblings' children, Thor and Valkyrie; his grandmother Barb Mentink; his parents-in-law, Lynn and Pat Dworshok; his brother-in-law Corey Dworshok (Kristie); his siblings' children, Branson, Brayson and Brixson; Jeremy Mentink, Alex and Crystal.
Donations can be made in BJ's memory to the PKU awareness fund (both sons have this disorder) or for his two sons savings accounts for their future.
