He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Cormier and Verlyn Cormier; his sister Cathy Cormier; his nephew Chuck Albright; and his father-in-law Richard Lade.

He is survived by: his children, Verlyn and Alex; his wife Christine Cormier (Lade); his brother Gary Cormier (Susan); his niece Stephanie; his nephew Nicholas; his mother-in-law Patricia Lade; his brother-in-law Daniel Lade (Heidi); his nephew Zach (Natalie); his niece Alisha (John); his brother-in-law Bob Lade (Becky); his nieces and nephews, Gunar, Taner, Angela Bowen and Lisa Bowen (Paul); his close friend Jeremy Leanna (Erin); and his godson James Malueg.

In lieu of flowers the family asks to write down a story or memory of Randy to share with the family so they can create a story book of Randy's life.
