He was predeceased by: his mother Carmella Bainbridge. He is survived by: his wife Jean Schmalzer (Bainbridge); his children, Cristopher (Missy) and Kristi (Joe); his grandchildren, Austin Smith, Alex Smith, Kendall Kliczak and Calvin Kliczak; his former wife Sherri Kliczak; and his sister Barbara (Al).
