She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Slack and Mary Slack (Wartner). She is survived by: her cousin Eileen Wickham.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Gunderson Lodi Funeral and Cremation Care (157 S Main St, Lodi, WI 53555).
