He is survived by: his wife Barbara Vorlander; his children, Sara Jackson, Rebecca Smith and Trevor (Shabvon); his grandchildren, Zeke, Xander Jackson, Noah, Ella, Sam Johnson, Owen and Emma Smith; his brothers, Dewey and Doug Johnson (Julie); and his siblings-in-law, Phillip Vorlander (Linda), Bruce Vorlander (Victoria), Geoff Vorlander (Jody) and Claudia Orvis (Marc).
