He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dorn and Gertrude Dorn (Meurer); his wife Patsy M. McIntyre; and his grandson Justin. He is survived by: his children, Paula Dorn, Patricia Dorn, Phillis Werning, Paul Dorn (Dana) and Perry Dorn (Kellie); his grandchildren, Mareta, Paul, Joseph, Jeromey, Jonathon, Chelsea, Cody, Tabitha, Josie, Breanna, Ashley and George; and his sons, Grant, Klay and Kole. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
