She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Conley and Fern Conley; her husbands, Eugene Plzak and Richard Klein; and her children, Patricia Gilles, Donald Plzak, Anthony Plzak and Russell Plzak.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Cichocki, Victoria Mulder (Gary), Mary Kiehnau (Douglas), Jean Anderson (Randy) and Timothy Plzak (Debbie); her brother Gary Conley (Chrissy); Daniel Kolbow. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials made in Donna's name may be made to Hospice Home of Hope and The St. Agnes Foundation.
