With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Howard David Gilbert of Lomira, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 27, 2025 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Gilbert and Myrtle Gilbert (Strehmel); his siblings, Joyce Kumbier and Gordon Gilbert; and his siblings-in-law, Neil Kumbier, Jim, Jerry, Ed, Bill Heimerl, JoAnne Hanson and Donna Heimerl.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Heimerl; his daughters, Karen Gilbert and Laurie McQuitty (Cary); his granddaughter Teva McQuitty; and his brother-in-law Ron Heimerl (Renee). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
