He is survived by: his mother Alice Gallagher (Smith); his stepfather Dale Wingers; his sisters, Sheila Theis, Cassie Gallagher, Madison and Wis; his girlfriend Kathy; his stepsiblings, Andrea (Lee), Rachel (Matt) and Brent Wingers (Caitlin); his grandmother Cecelia Hauptman (Reuille); his aunts and uncles, Lester (Hannah), Alva Smith (Myrna), Dan Gallagher (Beth), Susan Smith, Cheryl Hauser (Gerry), Julie Gallagher and Madison; and his cousins, Nancy Oberleitner and Daniel Smith. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
