He is survived by: his children, Jeff Cornell (Julie), Lezlie Cornell, Cheryl Cornell (Bill), Kevin Cornell, Dawn Lunde (John) and Jill Wegner (Steve); his grandchildren, Raven Mondragon (Renee), Jennifer Cornell, Jessica, Kyle Lundsfords, Elijah, Ella Belle Marie Skromme, Jakob Cornell, Ryan Griffith, Stacy Chermak (Eric), Tracy Baldus, Brian Evans (Zia), Hope Evans, McKinsie Johnson (Todd), Megan Schraufnagel (Jim), Ryan Root and Chase Cranfield; his nephews, Chet Peterson and Bruce Cornell; his children-in-law, Amy, Joann Root and Daniel Sumnicht; and his stepchildren, Greg, Craig Root and Lori Snyder.
