He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Kirby and Martha Kirby (Brewington); his siblings, Eloise Brown, Hillard Kirby, Leon Kirby and Pat Kirby; and his son Rob Kirby (Bobby).
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Cheryl Dupree (Billy) and Brian Kirby (Romaine Speakes); his grandchildren, Ashley Kirby-Ballentine (Alex), Austin Kirby and Avery Kirby; his sister Sandy Kirby; his daughter-in-law Amy Kirby; his cousin Joyceann; his niece Denise; his nephew Ken; and his great-niece Ellie.
