He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Behnke and Velda Behnke; his siblings, Duane and Darlene Zinthefer; and his brother-in-law Lowell Roehl.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay Behnke (Lindner) of Loyal; his children, Katie Mechelke (Jason) of Marathon, Joe Behnke (Kim) of Hudson, Ted Behnke (Carrie) of Loyal, Heidi Brockner (Joe) of Eau Claire and Andrew Behnke (Sami) of Eau Claire; his grandchildren, Velda, Violet, Vaida Mechelke, Will, Rosalie Behnke, Abigail, Aaron Brockner, Bennett and Baylor Behnke; his sister Velora Roehl of Loyal; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Lindner (Denise), Gregory Lindner (Donna), Mark Lindner (Connie), Dennis Lindner (Michelle), Dale Lindner (Diane) and Monica Ruzic. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, cash memorials will be used for the continuing of the Loyal Walking Path Project, one of Ken and Mary Kay's favorite places to walk.
