He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl G. Berglund and Amelia C. Berglund; his wife Florence J. Rodrick; and his siblings, Ernest, Benjamin, Carl, Harold Berglund and Anna Pufahl.

He is survived by: his children, Jacklyn Loos (Bob) of Loyal, Susan Heilman (Mark) of Holmen, Michelle Berglund of Neillsville and Mark Berglund of DeForest, WI; his grandchildren, Shelby Rueth (Gary) of Loyal, Stephanie Dietsche (Rick) of Loyal, Major William Robert Hayman and John Rodrick Hayman (Breanna) of Menomonee Falls, WI; his great grandchildren, Victoria Steinke (Tyler), Savanna Tomczak (Dylan), Jackson Dietsche, Avery, Raelyn, Hoyt Rueth and Saylor Dietsche; and his great great grandchild Grayson Lee Steinke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
