He is survived by: his wife Nancy Johnson (McMahon); his children, Jed Johnson, Curtis Johnson Jr. and Cassandra Stewart (Johnson); his mother Donna Johnson (Patrin); and his siblings, Ricky Johnson, Chris Johnson and Debbie Adams (Johnson). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Adventure Church (23985 WI-35, Siren, WI 54872). A memorial service was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
