She was predeceased by: her parents, Jane Ebert (Oman) and Harold Ebert; her sister Susan; her brother-in-law Roger Mroszak; and her brother Joel Ebert.
She is survived by: her significant other John Welch; her daughter Jennifer (Mykayla Rose); her grandchildren, Lysandra, Isaiah, Mariah, Aleonna and Joseph; her siblings, Robert Ebert (Diana), Jill Christensen, Richard Ebert (Kelly), Kim Colella (Niko) and Kari Doroff (Greg); and her granddaughter Jynessa. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
