With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Blanche Leone Eckers (Luxemburg, Wisconsin), who passed away on May 19, 2026 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Albers and Harriet Albers (Denissen); her husband Jerry; her siblings, Helen VanVonderen (Norbert), Katherine DuPuis (Francis), Clem Albers (Grace), Eugene Albers (Mary), Marie Denissen (Robert) and Adele Collaer (Robert); her parents-in-law, Milton and Lillian Eckers; and her brother-in-law Donald Eckers (Betty).
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Ollmann (Jim), Tom Eckers (Cathy), Terry Eckers (Jean), Jill Van Veen (John), Tim Eckers (Kelly) and Todd Eckers (Patty); and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Julie, Laura, Nick, Stacey, Jaimee, April, Erin, Meaghan, Charlie, Stan, Wendy and David. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews.
