He was predeceased by: his mother Jeanette Vandervest; his former wife Nancy Vandervest; and his daughters, Amanda and Jessica. He is survived by: his father Dale Vandervest; his fiancé Waye Hynek; his children, Chyna and Zachary Vandervest (Viola); and his siblings, Pam (John), Kim (Bill) and Gail (Scott). He is also survived by many other family members and close friends.
