He is survived by: his children, David Jr. Chaudoir (Rose), Dan Chaudoir (Carrie) and Teri Zellmer (Jim); his grandchildren, Lynn Forbes (Phil), Todd Chaudoir (Michelle), Gina Chaudoir, Joe Zellmer (Carla), Jonathon Zellmer (Kari Ann) and Andy Zellmer (Chelsea); and his sisters, Mary Ann Jeanquart (Jim) and Donna DeKeyser. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
