He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Grady (Todd); his partner Jean Kollross; his partner's children, Todd Kollross (Laura), Scott Kollross (Cami) and Stacy Retterath (Tim); his grandchildren, Alyssa Kollross (Jordan), Clay Kollross, Caden Kollross, Carli Kollross, Tyler Kollross, Dawson Kollross, Nick Retterath and Nate Retterath; his siblings, Steve Malvitz, Jeremy Malvitz (Stacey), Roxanne Clark (Jeff), Cheryl Renard, Laurie Pagenkopf and Sarah Cogar; and his sister-in-law Candy Malvitz.
