He is survived by: his wife Sandy Mellen; his children, Tracey Payne, Shane and Tory; his grandchildren, Hanna, Sophie, Ella, Lily and Eli; his sisters-in-law, Kathi Van Den Plas, Karen Basten and Mary Wilinski; Tom Baxter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
