He is survived by: his parents, Douglas Jr. Dorn and Kimberly Dorn; his spouse Ashlynn Jensen; his siblings, Colton Dorn, Casey Dorn and Cayden Dorn; his pet Chase; his grandparents, Harold, Patricia Lancaster and Douglas Dorn Sr.; Elizabeth Kahler. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousin and a second cousin.
