He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Emma, Leo Roehl, Arnold Gutt, Donald and Evelyn Johnson.

He is survived by: his parents, Larry Gutt and Marcia Gutt (Johnson); his wife Caitlyn Knuteson; his brother Ryan Gutt; his sister-in-law Amy Fisher; his nieces, Olivia and Rowan Gutt; and his aunts and uncles, Linda (Steve Allie), Betty Krolow, Dan (Marsha Johnson) and Jim Johnson. He is also survived by many cousins and countless friends and co-workers.

In lieu of flowers, memorial will be directed towards purchasing a bench that will be placed at Adam's favorite disc golf course.
