He is survived by: his wife Amy Thomas; his daughters, Maya and Zoe Halstead; his parents, Thomas (Diana Halstead) and England; his sister Tessa Fenton (Paul) of Streetly; and his parents-in-law, Deborah and Gary Thomas.
