She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Whitehorse and Annie Whitehorse (Greencrow); her siblings, Harry Whitehorse, Mildred Hendrix, David Whitehorse and Paul Whitehorse; her former husband David L. Fell; and her son David R. Fell.
She is survived by: her husband Sam Starnes; her children, Theresa Hartman (Jack), Brenda Neff and Daniel Starnes; her grandchildren, Richard, Phillip, Deanna, Gavin, Devin and Danica; her great grandchildren, Bentley, Cullin, Adeline, Genevieve and Lilith; and her siblings, Walter Whitehorse and Helen Whitehorse.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Crosspoint Church of the Nazarene (5011 Commercial Ave, Madison, WI 53704). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Teejop Community Center.
