With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alberta Walling of Madison, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 20, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert George and Anna George (McDermott); her husband Dick Walling; and her sisters, Mary Margaret Stein and Teresa Nasers of Annette George, OSF.
She is survived by: her sisters, Rita Stein, Helen Bormann, Alice Silverstrand and Eileen Manhart; her children, Cathy Walling (Scott Bell), David Karen (Deb Fuqua), Lynn Moniak (John) and Laura Walling; her grandchildren, Sophia, Sarah Walling-Bell, Jessica, Michael Walling, Elliot, Steven Moravec, Phil Cook (Liz Neitzel), Sarah Kwateh (Ru) and Paul Moniak (Clara Berning); and her great grandchild Kylie Cook. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
