He was predeceased by: his parents, Signe Punswick Mickelson and Donald Mickelson of Mount Horeb, Wis.; and his sister Bonnie Mickelson Williams. He is survived by: his wife Michele Burr Mickelson of Sioux Rapids; his son Mark of Stoughton, Wis.; and his sister-in-law Stephanie Burr Wagor (John) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many loving cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Allan's name to the Grateful & Faithful Fund, Door Creek Church, 6602 Dominion Drive, Madison, WI 53718.
