He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Wilkins and Corinne Wilkins (Vesperman) of Platteville, Wis.. He is survived by: his wife Judy Wilkins; his children, Kelly Wilson (Terry), Lee Wilkins (Josh Rhodes) and Jay Wilkins (Torrey); his grandchildren, Claire Wilkins, Ashton Wilkins and Alexander Wilkins; and his brothers, Curtis Wilkins, Dale Wilkins (Judy) and Earl Wilkins.
A memorial gathering was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Community Room of Attic Angel Retirement (8301 Old Sauk Rd, Middleton, WI 53562).
