It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Margaret Richards (Madison, Wisconsin), who passed away on January 25, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Richards and Charlotte Richards; her husband Keith Horstman; her children, Deanna (Brooke), Celia, Rachel (Stephany) and Jason (Brenda); her close friends, Jane and Jim (Lucy); her nephew William; her nieces, Elizabeth and Eleanor; and her grandchildren, Emma, Riley and Foster.
If anyone wishes to make a contribution in her memory, the most important causes for her were helping animals, supporting persons with different abilities, and assisting homeless people.
