She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest S. Johnson and Viola Johnson (West); her husband Charles Porter, Sr.; her sisters, Marge Skolaski (Ed), Dianne McIntyre (Jerry) and Lynda Hollis; and her sister-in-law Shirley Johnson.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles (Cheryl) and Dennis (Kathy); her grandsons, Vaughn (Nicole Schmitgen), Christian (Kaitlin), Kyle and Chase Porter; her great grandchildren, Silas and James Porter; her siblings, Ernest "Sonny" Johnson and Betty Gervasi (Joe); and her pet Hunter. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Shriner's Children's.
