It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly Mae Umphenour in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 21, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Beverly is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Johansen and Lois Johansen (Stites). She is survived by: her brother Gary Johansen; and her close friend Arvada.
