He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Howland and Elizabeth Howland. He is survived by: his brother Howard C. Howland (Monica) of Ithaca, NY; and his nephews, Frank Howland (Elizabeth Justice), Jacob Howland (Jennifer) and David Howland (Victoria Banyard). He is also survived by eight great-nephews and nieces, and four great-great-nieces and nephews.
