We bid farewell to Brett C. Haise of Madison, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 22, 2025 at the age of 62. Brett touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his father Fredric Haise; his wife Sandra Swatek; and his parents-in-law, David and Alice Swatek. He is survived by: his mother Joan Haise (Zabel); his children, Amanda Haimowitz (Troy) and Garrett Haise (Samantha); his grandsons, Shane, Tyler Haimowitz and Harrison Haise; his siblings, Kari Campbell (Bruce) and Kyle Haise (Jenny); and his sister-in-law Susan Thompson (Brian). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gunderson East Funeral & Cremation Care (5203 Monona Dr, Monona, WI 53716). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Highland Memory Gardens (3054 County Hwy N, Cottage Grove, WI 53527).
