He was predeceased by: his father Fredric Haise; his wife Sandra Swatek; and his parents-in-law, David and Alice Swatek. He is survived by: his mother Joan Haise (Zabel); his children, Amanda Haimowitz (Troy) and Garrett Haise (Samantha); his grandsons, Shane, Tyler Haimowitz and Harrison Haise; his siblings, Kari Campbell (Bruce) and Kyle Haise (Jenny); and his sister-in-law Susan Thompson (Brian). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other friends.
