We announce the death of Brian Daniel Baker (Madison, Wisconsin), born in Hazard, Kentucky, who passed away on October 15, 2026, at the age of 48. He was predeceased by: his father Brice Daniel Baker; his uncle Russell Blair; his grandparents, Stephen Adams and Rose Ann Adams; his niece Megan Danielle Cook; and his great-grandparents, William Mckinley Adams and Dorie Adams.
He is survived by: his mother Jo Ann Baker; and his spouse Carisa Lynn Bohman.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Midvale Baptist Church (821 S Midvale Blvd, Madison, WI 53711). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
