He is survived by: his wife Denise Lewis; his children, Jason Lee Lewis and Cassie Shea (John); his grandchildren, Dylan Lee Lewis, Lorelei Lewis and Madilyn Lewis; his brother Charles Lewis; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry (Lori) and Dennis Tiedt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many extended family and friends.
