She was predeceased by: her parents, John Polilla and Rose Polilla (Ferrinola); her husband Phil; her close friend Robert Samuels; and her brother Carmen Polilla (Angelina).
She is survived by: her sons, Alex, Philip (Lorraine) and Paul; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Gibbs (Jeremiah), Angela Vinson (Tim), Tony (Arielle) and Kristine Blitek (Tom). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, other family and friends.
