She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Chiodi and Catherine Chiodi (Vitali). She is survived by: her husband Warren Kleinfeldt; her children, Patrick Kleinfeldt (Cori Ankenbrandt), Katherine Lemon (Peter) and Angela Hoffman (Tom); her grandchildren, Paisley Lemon, Pyper Lemon, Tom Hoffman Jr., Kolby Lemon and Jayce Kleinfeldt; her brother Frank Chiodi Jr. (Patti); and her sister-in-law Marianne Woock (Wayne). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Queen of Apostles at St. Dennis Parish.
