We announce the death of Chantel Charity Brown in Madison, Wisconsin, born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on May 31, 2026, at the age of 48. She was predeceased by: her grandmother Mary; and her pets, Sahara, Gobi, Snickers and Bonkers.
She is survived by: her mother Jacquie Piraino; her foster sisters, Mary Mezera Deichert, Lisa Lalley and Katherine Jones Wilson; her aunt Cam; and her close friend Jolene Eggert-Ciha. She is also survived by many other aunts/uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Her gifts to her mother on birthdays and holidays usually included a donation to Second Harvest Food Bank.
