She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertrand Lampman and Lillian Lampman (Eldredge); her husband Palmer A. Levenick; and her siblings, Marian Cooper (Calvin), Betty Williams (Fay), Clifford (Dorothy) and Donald Lampman (Grace).
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Schramer (John); her granddaughter Kaitlyn Schramer; and her stepgrandchildren, Amanda DeHaven (Jeremy) and Matthew Schramer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
