He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles S. Kiddy and Mary A. Kiddy (O'Neill); his wife Beverly E. Kiddy (Fournier); his sister Mary A. Rawlinson; and his son Christopher Kiddy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Loraine Howard and Stanley Kiddy; his children, Kenneth (Betty) of Rehoboth Beach, Thomas (James Miller Jr.) of Rehoboth Beach, Michael (Dawn Laguna) of New London, Wis. and Kathleen Kiddy D'Annunzio of Lewes, Del.; his grandchildren, Amy Newling (Erik), Christopher Kiddy, Jay D'Annunzio and Karly D'Annunzio; and his great grandchild Teagan Newling.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Ann Catholic Church, Catholic Relief Services or Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
